National Team II Represents U.S. in Swiss Open


The United States National Team II recently represented the U.S. at the 32nd annual Swiss Open. The four day event featured international competition in the solo, duet, team and combo events.

The United States made an appearance on the medal stand as it took home a bronze medal in the combo event with a score of 91.834. Japan (94.333) and Italy (92.834) finished in the gold and silver medal positions.

In the team event, the U.S. finished in fourth place with a mark of 90.833. The top spots were filled by China (95.251), Japan (93.583) and Italy (91.918). In the solo event, Mary Killman represented the United States with a fourth place finish and a mark of 88.416. Japan’s Yumiko Ishiguro (92.833), Italy’s Beatrice Adelizzi (91.250) and Canada’s Alison McKenny (89.667) took home the top spots.
