GRANT REQUEST INFORMATION
MISSION STATEMENT:
Our mission is to fund short-term projects that lead to ongoing, self-sustaining programs or growth.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
- Grant requests may be accepted only from not-for-profit organizations fostering synchronized swimming.
- Requests must be made using USSSF Grant Request Form.
- Requests must be received in the Indianapolis USSSF office no later than September 1 of each year.
- Requests will be reviewed in the fall of each year by the Foundation Board of Trustees.
- Following the Board meeting applicants will be informed of grant approval or denial.
- Grant funds will be paid by December 31 of each year.
- Organizations with approved grants must submit a report of project completion to the Indianapolis USSSF office by the end of the following year for review by the Foundation Board of Trustees.
