Who Can Participate in Synchronized Swimming?
Anyone of any age and ability level can become a synchro athlete. Some young people join a synchro program in search of friendship, fitness and fun, while others may aspire to compete in the Olympic Games. Older people who have never before competed or who are returning to the sport take up masters synchro for the health benefits and camaraderie.
