All judges, coaches, athletes and parents can sign on to view information in an eSession. Each eSession includes a variety of videos, drills, figure progressions, tips, techniques and more… An eSession (online training) allows coaches, judges, athletes and parents across the country the opportunity to get quick and accurate information. The first eSessions are titled Spins and Focusing on Extension and Leveraging the Weight of the Body in the Ballet Leg.
