*New...United States Synchronized Swimming is thrilled to announce online training opportunities for coaches and judges. All judges, coaches, athletes and parents can sign on to view information in an eSession. Each eSession includes a variety of videos, drills, figure progressions, tips, techniques and more…

An eSession (online training) allows coaches, judges, athletes and parents across the country the opportunity to get quick and accurate information. The first eSessions are titled Spins and Focusing on Extension and Leveraging the Weight of the Body in the Ballet Leg.

The footage for these coaching eSessions is part of a series of eight eSessions filmed at the 2004 Coaches College at the US Olympic Training Center, December 3-5, 2004. During the 2004 Coaches College, participants were able to choose between a novice/intermediate or junior/advanced track. Each eSession will designate at which track the footage was gathered.

Each of the Coaches College eSession series will be $10, payable by clicking on the link that follows each eSession description. The $10 cost allows you to view the eSession twice. At the current time, the eSessions are valid for viewing up to one year. Once you click on the link for the eSession, you’ll be required to set up an account with TōBee .
