Synchro Stars (Jamaica) SEARCHING FOR COACH
Synchro Stars (Jamaica) needs a Head Coach, who is willing and eager to come to Jamaica to foster the growth of Synchronized Swimming for a minimum period of 18 - months. Synchro Stars seeks a former synchronized swimmer student or U.S. Level 1 coach who would like to teach "Synchronised Swimming Island Style" in Jamaica. You will have a group of dynamic and eager students (Ages 5 - 17) preparing for upcoming competitions. It will be an obvious labor of love for anyone who loves the sport, with a real desire to share that knowledge and expertise with the eager and talented youngsters. Come stay in paradise here on earth (aka Jamaica) while enjoying the people, culture and food of Jamaica.
The club is based in Kingston, Jamaica and is supported by parents and well wishers who will be dedicated and supportive of you, the coach. The club just enjoyed a phenomenal year and looks forward to another one with you. Family housing, food and an allowance is provided. The Riverside Aquettes, a synchronized swimming program established in 1958 with a national reputation, seeks coaching applicants so as to fill its coaching needs in advance of the 2011-2012 competitive season. The hours, position and compensation are competitive and negotiable, and may range from part time work, up to and including the position of head coach, depending on the experience and desire of the applicant, and other related factors.
