Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC Synchro) Seeking Full-time Assistant Synchro Coach
The Multnomah Athletic Club, founded in 1891, is a private family-oriented athletic club with over 20,000 members. MAC seeks a full-time Assistant Synchronized Swimming Coach to work with all levels and age groups: juniors and masters. MAC Synchro has a large team with the strong support of the Multnomah Athletic Club. The athletes have won multiple national titles, been named to national teams and have consistently placed in finals at national events. MAC is seeking an individual with the skills and desire to help the program continue this tradition. Massachusetts – YMCA OF THE NORTHSHORE SYNCHRONIZED SWIM TEAM; HEAD COACH
The YMCA of the North Shore Selkies Synchronized Swim Team has an immediate opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for the sport, to fill our head coaching position. We are a competitive club looking to grow and become an even stronger presence in the Northeast and Nationally. The YMCA of the North Shore maintains 6 pools throughout the Northshore of Massachusetts. Our team is made up of a group of 15-25 swimmers ranging in age from 8-18 years and competes in the novice, intermediate, age group and Junior levels. The successful candidate will move the existing program forward with a goal of continued improvement of core fundamentals and providing innovative small and team routines and should be able to communicate effectively with swimmers and their parents. Previous synchronized swimming coaching experience is a must, competitive experience swimming/coaching at the regional and national levels is highly desired and choreography skills would be a plus. The coach must also have certifications in CPR, First Aid and Coaches Safety Training and will be required to pass a background check. This position reports directly to Director of Competitive Aquatics. Educational opportunities exist that would be at least partially paid for by the team. Other income opportunities are available as well. The YMCA of the North Shore is looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a great attitude. Bachelor Degree preferred. ISLAND AQUATICS SYNCHRO CLUB IN JAMAICA SEEKS EXPERIENCED COACH
Island Aquatics Synchro Club, the first synchronized swimming club in Jamaica (since 1998), seeks an experienced performance coach for the 2010-2011 season. Located in the beautiful Caribbean, our club has approximately 20 swimmers aged 7 to 17 plus a few masters (over 18) swimmers. We also mentor the synchro programs in 2 high schools (another 35 girls). We have won medals at several regional competitions (eg CARIFTA, CISC) and our goal is to develop our swimmers to qualify for higher-level meets such as the CAC, Panam and Commonwealth Games as well as to be more competitive in regional competitions. VIRGINIA VALE SWIM CLUB SEEKS HEAD COACH

HEAD COACH NEEDED
The Hamden Heronettes Swim Club of Hamden, Conn. is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for the 2010-2011 season. The Heronettes is a small competitive club that has been in existence for 40 years. Our team consists of 18-30 swimmers that range from 8-18 years of age and compete in the novice through age group and junior levels. Previous synchronized swimming coaching experience and or a strong foundation of competitive swimming at the regional and national levels is required. Strong administrative and organizational skills and excellent communication skills are desired to work with a strong and supportive parent board. SUNSHINE SYNCHRO SPLASH IN CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA SEEKING ASSISTANT COACH
Sunshine Synchro Splash is in it's second year and we are a rapidly growing club. Last year we started with only 8 Novice swimmers. This year we have 7 intermediate swimmers, 4 Novice and 12 recreational swimmers. Our recreational program is our feeder program for our Novice, Intermediate and soon to be Age Group programs.
The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of synchronized swimming skills ranging from the Beginner levels through the Age Group and National team levels.
Our strong marketing program is bringing in new swimmers all of the time. Additional
coaching staff is needed on board before rolling out the aggressive marketing that will grow our club exponentially.
